What language are the cards?
Our focus is Simplified Chinese Pokémon singles and sealed products, alongside Japanese singles. The language of this website is separate from the language printed on the cards. Confirm the language of each product or card in your enquiry, especially if you are using an English or translated product name.
What should I include in a singles enquiry?
Include the card name, set or card number, language and quantity. Add any condition or version requirements. If you do not have every identifier, start with the details you know; the exact card and condition still need to be confirmed for the items quoted.
How is product availability confirmed?
Availability and pricing are confirmed for your enquiry. We check the exact product or card, edition and quantity requested. Sending an enquiry does not reserve stock.
